Probably the best massage I’ve ever had! Sheela will start by asking if you have any specific areas that are sore and if you prefer a deep tissue technique. I love to go to the gym fish and do mainly outdoor work. So my body needs a excellent deep tissue massage. Sheela was one of the best therapists I have used.She utilized perfect pressure for my needs and knew the perfect locations to apply treatment.After the massage I noticed less lower back pain ,neck muscle soul and renewed energy.I will recommend her to anyone.
